What You'll Be Doing
Whether you're an experienced sewist or sew new to this, you'll learn to measure, cut, iron, pin, and sew colorful cotton pillowcases to be filled with gifts for the Spur Holiday Cheer Drive. Sew with a group at the Spur office, where you'll share skills and learn from other sewing enthusiasts, or take home a pre-pinned sewing kit with instructions to work on at your own pace in your own space.

Why It Matters
Each unique pillowcase you create will be filled with gifts during the Spur Holiday Cheer Drive. For many recipients who are housing insecure or experiencing poverty, they also serve as a lasting reminder of the support they have in the community when they lay their heads down each night.
When It Happens
Weekly, on alternating Mondays and Wednesdays.

Spur office or at your home.
What to Bring
Nothing. We'll provide everything you need. Donations of quilting cotton are always welcome.
